IG has got to be my favorite social media outlet.
I am a super visual person, love beautiful images, and it links me to interesting articles that I normally would have missed. I use it way more than any other social media outlet, that’s for sure.
Recently I have been using IG to get fitness inspiration from some of my favorite accounts that always seem to lift my spirits, get me motivated, give me fresh ideas, and best of all, I get to cheer them on. (I know this makes me sound like an uber dork, but I am fine with that…)
I am always on the look out for fun stuff to add a little happy to my life, positive feeds to add to my collection and love sharing those that support my current wellness goals. So… I thought, let’s add a little #funstufffriday tag here at my little corner of the internet. It reminds me of back in the days of new Twitter and my early blogging days, #FollowFriday, when you would take a few minutes to share follow worthy accounts and help share the Twitter feed love, but I want to use it as a little space here to share fun things that are bringing me joy at the moment.
So, in this inaugural installment of #funstufffriday, let’s focus on some IG accounts that have been helping me stay motivated with my personal fitness goals.
These ladies and accounts all have one thing in common, they are killing it with their fitness. From running, hiking, HIIT, marathons, in home work outs, new trends, you name it. I love checking in to see what they are up to and get inspiration from their beautifully curated feeds.
I recently made it very clear with my myself what the next 6 months, fitness wise, is going to look like and any new and difficult goal like this can get you down in the beginning. I like popping on and seeing what they have accomplished that week and remind myself that I can do it too.
